Not so good of service My new truck of less than one year had a starting problem. So took it in under warranty. It took about a week to find a time slot that worked. I dropp My new truck of less than one year had a starting problem. So took it in under warranty. It took about a week to find a time slot that worked. I dropped the vehicle to be investigated and had the shuttle drop me at work. It was supposed to be a 1/2 day event. Unfortunately there was no communication back so I had to call after most of the day went by only to find out that it is a bad starter and there aren’t any available at this time. So it was put on order and I could just live with the starting problem until it came in. I was to get a call when it came in. And that was supposed to be 2 weeks. So after 3 I called to find out the part came in a while back. So scheduled an appointment a few days out. So again dropped and was told it would be about 2 hours. After 4 I called to find out the new starter was bad and they had to get another one in from another dealer. Expected in an hour and then 1 hour to put in. So about an hour later I get a call from the driver that they are ready to pick me up and waiting outside. Great thinking we are ready to go. Well not the case. I got there and it wasn’t done yet. Had to wait for another 2 hours+ And to top it all off someone there walked off with my nice stainless yeti. I would not recommend given my experience. More
Unexpectedly disappointed I have chosen a dealer centered service mainly because I expected that the materials and quality of service would be in line with the manufacturer and I have chosen a dealer centered service mainly because I expected that the materials and quality of service would be in line with the manufacturer and brand. This was not the case. I had the brakes and tires replaced in full and i don’t believe that the materials used were of the same quality as the original. The brake drums show rust already and the brakes themselves screech after sitting just overnight. In addition, after the brake and tire work, several of the wheels vibrated and I had to bring it back for balancing which was an additional charge and still not fixed completely. It was a much smoother ride on the old worn out products. Lastly I also had a key fob replaced and had called in advance to ensure the product was available. When my wife went to pick it up, she noticed that it didn’t have the valet key. She was told that the key would need to be purchased elsewhere and treated her with disrespect when she tried to understand. We have yet to find a place where this key is available as it is integral to the key fob including the loop to connect it to a keyring. Disappointed considering we were charged several hundred dollars for a half of a key fob. Frustrating. This is not the first time we have cordially provided feedback, have yet to receive a suitable response to our concerns and truthfully have several services that are not complete. More
Pretty good waited too long Overall I’ve always had a good experience. This time the service guys seemed tired, stressed and it showed. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation Overall I’ve always had a good experience. This time the service guys seemed tired, stressed and it showed. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. I waited in the waiting room for over 90 min. My car sat out in the parking lot, ready, for almost 30 min without anyone notifying me. I finally went outside and realized it was my car and went to tell them. I was extremely annoyed as I sat there for 30 extra min when I didn’t need to. The response I got back from the guy was “we quote everyone 60 min for oil change” in which my response was “ok and this was 90 min.” I get they’re busy, but the service experiences on Saturday are terrible compared to during the week. Something needs to change. More
