Several workers in bay were not wearing masks consistently during our COVID surge. Also, they scheduled my appointment right before the mechanics went to lunch and knew I was waiting. The oil change went over two hours and they never checked my non working hatch back latch which I requested when booking the appointment. and did not tell me when I scheduled that it was $126 just for a diagnostic!
