Just purchased a Ford Maverick XLT FX4 at Jim Ellis Ford and had the pleasure of working with Louis through the buying process. I originally reached out online and then corresponded through email with Louis. Louis answered all my questions and addressed concerns. I asked for and received a price work up. On that work sheet there were some items that gave me hesitation. I reached out to Louis with my concerns and he assured me he and the folks at Jim Ellis would work to make it right. We made the two hour drive down to Jim Ellis and Louis and the team at Jim Ellis certainly did work to make it right. In person negotiations were honest and up front and the entire team were professional. Sales manager Armen went out of his way twice to thank me for doing business with them. I also had the pleasure of working with Leon in finance. Again, a very professional interaction. I would not hesitate to look for vehicles again at Jim Ellis and work with Louis and Leon. More

Not only does this dealership have amazing staff, but they will go above and beyond to get you into the car you want. Denis and Andre stayed after close to make sure I got the rates I wanted to feel conf they will go above and beyond to get you into the car you want. Service: Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me they could not service my truck for five days. What is the point of an appointment? It was warranty work, so they probably just didn't want to do it. After the negative review left by my husband last week, LG reached out to let us know the car that we were interested in was available for test drive and purchase.
