Was very happy with my service appointment today. They only did an oil change. Asked to have my windshield wiper fluid filled, hopefully they did. It was not noted on invoice. I’ve been a customer at West Palm Beach Nissan what’s the say a long time as far as I’m concerned your service department has gone way down hill before you know you know you got your car service it had a nic say a long time as far as I’m concerned your service department has gone way down hill before you know you know you got your car service it had a nice wash on it the inside was clean the floors were vacuumed this time I got a wash that was it just the outside the car got washed last time they said they were gonna wash it but they didn’t wash and your service guys aren’t telling us what What services are needed they’re not even telling us all they doing is giving a sakes make a sign make us pay and kicking us out the door downhill you went downhill More

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and pressure check. Would have given 5 stars but my pressures were not checked. They added nitrogen filled from the dealer and are low due to the cooler weather. check. Would have given 5 stars but my pressures were not checked. They added nitrogen filled from the dealer and are low due to the cooler weather. Now I have to spend more time to go back or go somewhere else to get this done. If I fill them with regular air, what's the point in having them nitrogen filled. Update, Pete is great, took care of the issue right away. Thank you Pete. More
