What a "Great" Customer experience that was worth the ride. After having a bad experience at their Volvo sister location, I decided to try a different location. I received a web response from my inquiry ride. After having a bad experience at their Volvo sister location, I decided to try a different location. I received a web response from my inquiry from Justin Barnes who said he had just the Volvo I was looking for so we setup an appointment. Upon arriving, wow, what a night and day difference in dealership and professionalism. Felt like I got the red carpet treatment. Justin was fantastic in communicating my concerns about the CPO, they rechecked it and any we owes was taking care before I left. Justin was patient, understanding and willing to close the deal and he did. Also hats off to Denton Gupton and Greg Trask as team work made my dream work. One week later and I am still smiling.
