Brought my BMW X7 in for annual maintenance and for evaluation of a message I had been getting about a potential problem. They were unable to figure out the problem (message) that day so they let me us evaluation of a message I had been getting about a potential problem. They were unable to figure out the problem (message) that day so they let me use a loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. They had to order a part so it took a couple more days to fix, but since I had the loaner vehicle it wasn’t a problem for me. Good customer service! More
