Walker Ford is our go to for both our vehicles and we have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More

Theyy were quick and to the point very professional which is the way we like it. We knew what truck we wanted before we got there. Mike worked really hard from that point on trying to get us the best interest rate to keep our payments low enough to be manageable. He explained everything about the warranty that we purchased, and feel very comfortable knowing wehave it. I will be going back in 2 to 3 years, maybe sooner, to purchase my new electric Truck.
