Me and my husband bought a car from them and when we went to pick it up they sold it on us and we had to buy a more expensive one because we had all ready traveled all the way there. The car had a tail light that was broke and they provided us with an I owe you that stated they would buy one and ship it to me. It has been over a month now and I call them every 3 days and they keep telling me it’s on back order but can’t provide proof of the order. I called Tesla and they assured me that part is not on back order and they have them in stock 5 Miles down the road from the dealership . They lie, don’t hold their word and terrible customer service More

I was very pleased with Impex and the sales team I met there. I inquired about a car I had seen online over the phone and sealed the deal right on the phone.
