I have always been satisfied and have been bringing my 2010 SHO for service since I bought it at Metro. Foe the most part I have had a good experience.l, especially the last several years when there seems to be a shift in not over / pressure sell years. Rep was very rude and haven’t explain anything over the phone all he was worried about diagnostic fees. Instead he hung up the phone. Requested him to talk to his manager but he refused to do so.
