I have excellent credit and she gave me one of the worst money factors on a lease costing me $40 per month on a lease payment. I’ve been in Vegas over 30 years and know a lot of people so in the end it will cost Jim Marsh sales. Jim Marsh and Jeanie Converse obviously don’t understand what karma is. It always comes back to you in spades!! I must add my salesman, Aaron Alexander wasn't part of this nightmare and deserves a great review. I would buy from him again but not at Jim Marsh's. More

Tony was great! We were 1st time used car buyers and we had LOTS of questions. We also were worried that we wouldn't be able to meet at a price range of comfortable payments but they were about to find a f had LOTS of questions. We also were worried that we wouldn't be able to meet at a price range of comfortable payments but they were about to find a finance company that had us at a lower interest rate than other dealers did. We were able to test drive the car no problem and noticed a chip in the car windshield in which he guaranteed they would send someone out to fix it which they did! Was just a little disappointed in the fact that we couldn't really negotiate on price but we are overall happy with our purchase. Glad to have a bigger vehicle now with trunk space for baseball!
