bought a 2019 travel trailer 8/6/22 ,went in on 8/13/22 for walk thru,unit was hot as fire inside walk thru guy plugged it in, air didn't seem to be working well,could not deploy awning was too close to an for walk thru,unit was hot as fire inside walk thru guy plugged it in, air didn't seem to be working well,could not deploy awning was too close to another unit he said that's ok it'll be fine unit delivered 8/20/22, went inside to open awning and landing jacks collapsed and rv twisted sideways,wife thought we were gonna roll over.plugged unit in and ac will not remotely keep up, 93 degrees inside and 93 degrees out side,called service was told our extended warranty wont kick in for 45 days then after it does it will be at least 3-4 weeks more to get into shop,wish we had went some place else .they definitely don't seem to care about customer service,now they wont answer calls to try and resolve problems,allegedly this is supposed to be camp ready.so disappointed. I bought a brand new toy hauler 2021 back in November 2021 since the. I haven’t being able to use it First we found a leaking at the front window took it back to the dealership for service and 2 months 2021 since the. Went in to see if trading our 5th wheel for a class c. Had another great visit/experience at this location. After talking with GM and Service Manager on seperate calls about checking brakes on camper due to them not working on our first trip home. They both After talking with GM and Service Manager on seperate calls about checking brakes on camper due to them not working on our first trip home. They both had informed that they can hook up to camper and test with computer and they have fleet trucks that they would road test them with. Well we went in Friday 6/18 around 4 pm to pick up camper and was told brakes are working fine and have 17 amps which is above normal. I asked did they road test it? Response was yes....rolled my truck and trailer 2 feet and triggered dash of my truck check trailer brakes. So they went and got another gentleman who jaked up each tire free spun wheel while I applied brakes through controller to find the one that is not working. The frustrating part is this was a 2hr process that at which I wasted a trip time and fuel plus had to assist in finding issue. The camper was dropped off for a week and NO one took the time or effort to truly look into the issue. As expected I was over promised and Camping World under delivered on service that would be provided. Oh and they hooked up to my camper with fork lift while capture plate was on it and it must have fallen off after lock bolt bent away from king pin and it got dragged along. Service Manager had someone booger weld it with no prep to the capture plate which I informed him was completely unacceptable and needed a replacement shipped to my house(needs to be direct replacement "pull rite" not universal brand. More
