Went to Miami Lakes Kia first but the Forte I wanted wasn’t available. It was a blessing! South Dade Kia didn’t charge the mark-up the other dealer was charging. They also didn’t have the Forte I wanted but there was one already ordered which I was able to put a deposit on. Delivery was delayed a couple of time for a total of 15 days but that’s not the dealers fault. More

Great customer service provided by both Alex and Dario the service advisors who thoroughly explained the service my car initially needed when my car was towed there. It took approximately 5 weeks for the the service advisors who thoroughly explained the service my car initially needed when my car was towed there. It took approximately 5 weeks for the new engine to be received and installed. I met Angel the mechanic who was awesome in putting a new engine in my Kia Optima which I am extremely thankful it was still under warranty. Also, even when I had to come back a week later due to a minor problem with the engine, Angel the mechanic provided excellent service ! Thank you South Dade Kia for your excellent service. My only disappointment is that my car was not washed onsite when I picked up my car. South Dade Kia is now providing a card for a free car wash. More
