Had an appointment with Victor G. Called two hours in advance to check if a vehicle was still available to purchase. I drove an hour to the dealership and when I got there they said the vehicle was wholesaled last week. They made me wait 30 minutes to check to see if they could still sell me the vehicle. Of course, they couldn't, because it was sold the week prior. He blamed their technology wasn't updated. Why have an inventory system if it's not up to date? I walked out before he could recommend me other "similar" vehicles they had. They just want you in the door and don't care about your time. More

Very frustrating experience. I scheduled a test drive. They knew I was coming from out of town for it, with the intent to buy. All of a sudden, I get a text saying the car is getting repair for curb rash! And no longer available to test drive. They’re unable to fix this. Nobody cared to check. I flew in from Chicago with the intent to drive back a purchased car and I ended up driving a rental back. What a waste of time and money. Candace was amazing, the rest of team not professional at all. Beware! More
