This is as smooth as buying a car gets. Richard and Chris helped us with the car I had researched. They gave us a very very good price on our trade in.... And the price of the outback was Richard and Chris helped us with the car I had researched. They gave us a very very good price on our trade in.... And the price of the outback was in line but slightly better than other dealers. They were friendly as expected but also a lot of fun. Laughter abounded throughout. The guys were very up to date on the car's features and operation. I'm a techie and a car guy so I tested then a few times and they passed with flying colors. There was no pressure whatsoever and the entire transaction took just a few hours. Bob, their finance officer was also excellent. He showed us four options we could add and the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty seemed very competitive and complete so we got that. Since we are getting older and don't want another car ever, it seemed wise. All in all, this was a great transaction from start to finish. Well done, gentlemen! BTW... The limited outback is an absolute dream to drive. Great milage, very comfortable and awesome to drive.... and quieter than our lexus was. With hearing aids, that was huge for me. We are thrilled with the cart itself and can't say enough after 500 miles of easy, safe, and comfy driving More
