Both scheduled appointments I had with the sales person, were missed by the sales person. Upon picking up my car, I showed up on time for my appointment, and had an appointment elsewhere an hour later. Beca were missed by the sales person. Because the sales person refused to acknowledge my appointment time, I had to rush through the process of getting a new lease. I was told I could come back later to get the belongings out of my car. I advised the sales rep that I had the spare key and would bring that with me to gain entry into my old vehicle. Upon returning to my old vehicle to transfer everything, the EzPass appeared to be missing (at this point it was dark outside and the dealership was closed). I contacted West Herr the next day and was told they didnt have it. After an argument, I was told I requested my car to be left unlocked. I never asked for my car filled with my personal belongings to be left unlocked, I specified I had the key. I insisted the EzPass was in their possession. I advised I was going to file a police report and at that time my EzPass was found. My new 2022 vehicle came with half a tank of gas, a full tank is guaranteed by West Herr. I was blamed for needing to rush, even though I showed up for my appointment on time. I showed up for my first, initial appointment on time, and the sales rep was not even in the building. I settled a deal with another person at West Herr and then she showed up. Everything about this experience from my initial meeting to picking up the car was awful, and it was made clear to me that it was my fault it went the way it did. I do not recommend this dealership unless you want unnecessary stress, rude staff and their mistakes blamed on you. Not to mention their own promises broken. More
