They took off my my plate hold and replace it with one of theirs with out letting me and kept the one I had on my car. It called stealing. This is my first Honda car of all the cars I've owned and this doesn theirs with out letting me and kept the one I had on my car. It called stealing. I went to get a fuel injector and transfer case fluid. The adviser doesn't now what a transfer case and where is this located. Told my wife that's its a part of differential and then later called stating The adviser doesn't now what a transfer case and where is this located. Told my wife that's its a part of differential and then later called stating it's a part of Transmission. Transmission fluid was changed by atlantic honda. Also, when I called customer service they said the car is ready but then received a call from service that the car is not done. I know service is to make money but I think make a customer be the policy. More
