The actual technician seemed to do a good job. The person in the service desk was terrible. He was Hispanic male with glasses and overweight. Moving here for work little over a year ago I looked for a Dealership and service department to help me maintain the upkeep of my Promaster! I got my vehicle serviced at another dealership in SLC . Through a Dealership and service department to help me maintain the upkeep of my Promaster! I got my vehicle serviced at another dealership in SLC . Throughout this last year I took my vehicle there 3 time for maintenance service and a issue with a sensor. After every appointment it seemed that the service writer would not follow through and communicate the service schedule timeline and issue! Lost parts ordered , delayed in scheduled appointments. No communication by the service writer to even let me know the reason of the delay( I had to call to find out). I decided to try your service center on my next scheduled maintenance!. My need for the maintenance of my vehicle is fairly simple. Honestly, Communication and the solidness of the work done! Jessica Hurtado was my Service Writer for my appointment! Her friendliness, her assurance of having your service center provide me opportunity to serve my vehicle was positive for me! I brought my van in a few hours before my scheduled appointment. The waiting area was comfortable. The nice thing was it was completed in a timely manner! I feel Jessica is a Service Writer I can work with to keep my Dodge serviced correctly! Five Stars!
