I’m also still waiting for my recall part to come in when I was told it would be ordered the day I made the initial appointment, I was told it would only take a few days to get the part in. Last Wednesday I was told by Allie that they would order it because it did not get ordered and i’m still waiting for a call to reschedule the appointment for the recall!

I thought you would be a nice place to buy a car but instead you sold a 73 year old lady a broken down old car now I am stuck paying for a car which without having made 1 payment yet has had to repair the whole bach bumper and front end.Shame on you, your owner should be whip and put in jail for dealing with people in this manner.!
