I have not, but that is precisely how Brian Hulitt and John Serabian made me feel. Two "gentlemen" who treated my son and I like family. We were in the market for a late model Jeep Cherokee for my son. Vann Dodge had a pristine 2018 that my son fell in love with. Brian was very patient throughout the process. He also counseled my young adult on the importance of good credit. Sometimes, it is the little things that make the most significant difference. John kept us company while Brian prepared the paperwork. He also shared his wisdom with my son. Purchasing an automobile is stressful, but we were in great hands. What an enjoyable and well-rounded experience! Great people, a great deal, and they threw in a remote start to seal the deal!

I have used LEXUS of AC almost exclusively for my car for the past two years. I’ve had maintenance, body, electrical, and mechanical work done there. Most times I’ve been there I’ve felt comfortable and reassured about the repairs taking place. The last time I took my car there I had issues with the service adviser explaining my repair options and giving me conflicting amounts with pricing. I was frustrated and disappointed but then I received a call from the service manager, Jim Michener. He was patient, understanding, and most of all made me want to come back. After a bad experience he was able to make me feel like a valued and important customer.

I bought my vehicle from Joshua Motors 3 months ago. Since then I have had numerous issues with it including one now that will cost me over $600 to get repaired, the mechanic has made known to me that the vehicle has had this problem and I was sold the vehicle this way. Upon calling Joshua Motors I spoke to very arrogant salespeople and after 24 hours finally got to speak to a manager who was by far the rudest person I've spoken to in the dealership. Their customer service skills are horrendous, they are not accommodating and basically told me you bought the car you have to deal with problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your time and money and Shop elsewhere, Joshua Motors is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my lifetime

Gave them $2500 cash towards a car...the car didnt even run for a week and the owner will not fix the car. They make excuses and try to blame the customer for the cars problems. Hope they feel good about stealing $2500 from hard working people. They are true scrum bags

I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special "extras" that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the "defects" fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was "finished". When I obviously noticed "defects" I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership. My mother has bought one and so has my sister. That's 4 cars and all were great deals. We all take them there for service too. Never had a problem with them and don't expect to. I refer to them anytime someone even mentions they are looking for a car or a new mechanic.

Just when I thought that a honest used car dealer was an oxymoron, I found Auto Outlet of Vineland New Jersey.
We found this used car dealership by broadening our search for the vehicle we were looking for. It was a 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania and we had been of numerous wild goose chases previously to other dealerships looking for our car. I called and Jack answered the phone, I told him we were far away and he said when you want to come look at the vehicle, you can call and we will hold it until you get here so it's not a wasted trip.I had several questions about the vehicle and he told me he couldn't answer those questions, one, he was downloading info on his computer, and two, the vehicle wasn't on the lot for him to look at. I told him we would call back later.
We called again later and the owner Steve answered the phone. I told him we were interested in the vehicle but had a 2 hour ride. I asked him what was wrong with the vehicle. He was honest with me and told me what was wrong. I asked about oil leaks, and he said it was dry underneath. Like I was going to believe that.We decided to go look at it.
We arrive and Steve gave us a good 5 minutes to look the vehicle over before he came out and sure enough everything he said was TRUE, EVEN the dry under the engine!! He photocopied our driver's license and left the 2 of us take it out as long as needed. We bought the vehicle and are absolutely thrilled with it. After 6 weeks of being lied to by used car dealers, it was very nice to find an honest one. Thanks Jack and Steve!!

I traveled 70 miles to look at a '95 Corvette. When entering the business you fall in love with all the different generation Vettes. It's like looking at watches in a Rolex store, it makes you want to buy one. I met Marty, the managing partner. He wasn't your usual salesman. He told me the pros and cons of owning a Corvette. He had the patience of answering all my questions. When the time came to see the car, it was detailed and had half a tank of gas. It looked great! (Many dealers have cars showing close to empty gas gauges). I took it out for a spin and it was great. However, when returning to the dealers it was making a noise. It was determined that the water pump was shot. Marty stated, prior to selling the car he would have the water pump replaced and check other items on the car. I offered to put down a deposit and he said it wasn't necessary. He would hold the car for me. He also noted the dry rotted tires were just replaced with new ones. Later in the week, Marty called advising the status of the Vette. He also advised me of the final selling price, which I thought was fair and reasonable. On 5/19/17, I drove down to purchase my Corvette. I met Marty and we again "went over" the car. He also mentioned their three month 50/50 warranty. It seemed to be a pretty good deal. He told me he would get me an owner's manual and an extra set of keys for the car. As I drove away, I felt the power of a Vette. I drove 70 miles home and loved the Corvette experience. Harry is a well-known entity in the area. He has little overhead, so he doesn't have to make thousands on the vehicles you trade to him - he always gives an extreme premium on trades vs. dealers. He has several dealers he uses to source whatever new vehicle you are looking for. His prices aren't the best - they are only as good as the dealer that supplies him for that particular vehicle, however, the fact you get a premium on the trade on top of the most important part - NO HASSLES - keeps me and my family coming back for more. The actual transaction can take as little as 10 minutes! there is no haggling or any of the nonsense that occurs at dealerships. He shows you the price faxed from the dealer, with his cut on top, and that is that. Take it or leave it. You will have to keep after him if you have him searching for a specialty vehicle but he is basically a one man band so I never get frustrated with the fact that I have to do some follow-up with him here and there. He does have multiple options for financing no matter what you credit situation is. I have been using the local credit union on his recommendation and that has worked out very well.

We recently needed to purchase a new car after we were in an unfortunate accident. We visited several dealerships in order to get a good benchmark for prices in the area. None of them compared to the price/quality ratio we found at J&C. They let us look in practically every car on the lot, test drive a few, and didn't put any pressure on us when we said we needed to think it over. The entire purchasing process went extremely well, and they worked with us to obtain the financing we needed to hit our price point. And the car was GUARANTEED to pass inspection within 30 days of purchase. A wonderful experience. The car is AMAZING.
