My father and I went to Central Auto Group in Plainfield CT. looking to Lease a new FWD vehicle and was approached by Neil White. He proceeded to explain and answer all our questions regarding the vehicle and financing options . Throughout the course of the day we were prepared to be on a defensive posture because we were not savvy to purchasing a new vehicle and all the anticipated pressures and lack of understanding of making such a large investment.
Neil White immediately put us at ease with his knowledge, professionalism and patience along with a sense of humor with all of our questions and concerns. This service department is by far the best service team I've worked with in over 50 years of driving :(Chevrolet(7), Honda(3), Kia (1) and now Mazda (2). Mike, Mike, Amanda, and Jessie are not only knowledgeable and patient, but they are also fine human beings. My new Mazda has had 4 recalls since June and all have been handled in a responsible and caring manner. I also call and stop in with multiple "little issues" and they are always happy to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. All four of these individuals are to be highly commended!

I experienced a most comfortable and excellent sales visit shopping for the CX5 model. Zeon Horsford exhibited complete understanding and knowledge of the model and the competition from others in the model class. He was consistently engaged to "put the customer first" and he created a thoughtful and welcoming sales experience. Don't trust Partyka - Mr. Clean
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using Partyka to service one of my 17 commercial vehicles. We took one of the vans in to diagnose a starting problem and were charged the full $129.00 diagnosis fee which ultimately led to the simple replacement of the battery. The total cost out the door was $314.71 for a diagnosis that would have taken less than 10 minutes. I spoke to the Service Manager and the Service writer and the feeling that I got is that "it is what it is and too bad that we had to charge $129 for the diagnosis, but thats what we charge." I also got an estimate for front and rear brake work that was very poorly written and confusing. I then called another Chevrolet dealer and found the Partyka prices to be very high. I need to have trust in who ever repairs and maintains my fleet and unfortunately, I don't have this with Partyka and will never bring any of my 17 vehicles there again.

When I went to buy a new CX-5, the sales people at Riley Mazda never returned my calls so I ended up buying my car over the state line in New York at the Mazda dealership there where they were very responsive.
Because it was close to my home I did get services at Riley Mazda. I have had several problems from them putting water in my washer fluid in Winter, which caused major problems! Through to not diagnosing a simple seat issue without charging me a $75 diagnosis fee. And worst of all, while the car was under warranty, not diagnosing significant brake issues which after 60,000 miles I have had to replace all rotors plus all disks two times and am now on to the third time and all they can say is well this may be normal for an all wheel drive vehicle! I am now taking my service elsewhere.
Also, when I go in for service and wait for the vehicle, they have twice forgotten about me in the waiting room and because the agent had gone to lunch I ended up waiting two to three hours longer than I should have. I would not recommend this dealership from a sales nor service point of view.
