I told her it was to far to drive just to look, she told me about the truck and assured me it was in great shape. I negotiated a price which we agreed on. Long story short Charlotte wasn't able to meet me at the specific time I could get there so she had Adrian meet with me. The truck was everything I expected. The deal went smoothly. I purchased my MKS in the panhandle and never had the kind of excellent customer service Parks Lincoln always supplies. I swore if I ever purchased a “New” car & it was a Lincoln it would be from Parks! Well I just purchased a 2019 Nautilus from Tony Pagano!! What an excellent salesperson!! He not only found the car I was wanting but matched the price I had been quoted in the panhandle. The 7 1/2 hour drive has been well worth my time & money!! Tony has hit it out of the ball park with customer service, ease of transaction, orientation, follow up, etc!! If I could give this dealership a thousand stars they definitely would get my vote!! As a first-time car buyer, I am truly disappointed in Lincoln. Lincoln/Ford of Ocala has treated me with terrible customer service. Paris tried her hardest to take total advantage of me, and I almost paid $8,000 over the sticker price for my vehicle. Management is completely untouchable, and no one there can give you a straight answer without you having to call on multiple occasions. I have never spent so much time speaking to voicemails and employees who have no interest in helping you. I had my car serviced twice in less than a week of owning it, and these major inconveniences are ignored. The customer service is better at Walmart, and I have had my image of the amazing Lincoln company tarnished. My experience has been terrible, and the only positive thing that I can say in regards to Lincoln is that the service department in West Palm Beach, at Al Packer Ford, is phenomenal and that the people there (notably Joe, Rob, and Michelle) were the only people to truly care about anything. I will certainly only want to deal with them from here on out. In addition, Isaiah in corporate has been wonderful about getting my simple tasks taken care of when Lincoln/Ford of Ocala could not do it themselves. I certainly cannot recommend Lincoln/Ford of Ocala, and would say one should be prepared to be taken advantage of, deal with a major headache, and spend hours on the phone before everything is said and done. It is hard to enjoy your new car when it took such a hassle to get it. I am so disappointed and feel robbed of what was supposed to be an exciting and fun experience of buying my first car. Please do yourself a major favor and take your business to a competent dealership with employees who are knowledgeable about what customer service encompasses.

Our 2011 Lincoln MKZ was part of the Takata Air Bag Recall. I received a call from the sales dept saying Lincoln was giving a $5,000 discount, in addition to other rebates, for this inconvenience. We came in shopping for a new MKX SUV. We came in and Patricia showed us several cars and we agreed to return the next afternoon to test drive one for 2-3 days. Next day we met with Patricia and Morris, the Sales Manager. The $5,000 incentive was no longer available according to Morris. He also gave us an insulting offer on our 2011 MKZ, which has always been serviced at this dealership. He told us Lincoln did not hold it’s resale value and did not even try to rework any numbers. He said we could take the new MKX for a 3 day test, which we declined. Why would we buy another Lincoln product if they didn’t retain any value. We left and have just taken delivery on our new Honda Pilot Elite. North Fl Lincoln service dept is top notch, but sales is definitely not.

Where do I begin????? Do I start with the fact that Scott’s was a GREAT decision to take my car to for service?
OR do I start with the other fact of what drove me to find Scott’s………..the FACT that WALLACE LINCOLN IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY?!?!?!?!?!?
I’ll start from the beginning of my problem. My 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid (Yes, a Lincoln Hybrid. Don’t laugh it’s my commuter car, at 50 miles to the gallon.) I keep it in flawless condition and maintain it at the top of class. So, I am informed by Wallace Lincoln it is ready to perform an airbag recall on my car and to just bring it in. I do and when I get it back I notice something wrong with the perfectly functioning AC. (Keep that in mind I had perfect AC before they tore my dash apart to fix the airbag recall.) I call them and let them know that the tech must have either not plugged something back in or pinched something since I have a noticeable issue with my AC all of a sudden. I am assured they had nothing to do with it and to just bring it in for service. I do. The first phone call starts with them asking me to sit with a salesman to trade my car in for a 2019 since it is in high demand. LOL!!!!! Not going to happen, I do not need a $70,000.00 car to drive to work. I am told by William in their service dept that I need $1200.00 worth of a condenser replacement and an expansion valve replacement, also. That phone call shocked me. How did we go from perfect air to this? I told him no and to get it ready for pickup. When I get there he explains it’s a no charge invoice but that they had to top off the AC gas since it was slightly low but found no leaks. I get in, I drive away, and have hot air blowing. I call William and ask why. He explains that the condenser and expansion valve need replaced and that’s why it stopped working. So now I went from something is strange about how my AC cooling to NO AC at all. I ask around for mechanic recommendations and a buddy at work recommended Scott’s since his father-in-law has used them forever and trusts them. I take it to Scott’s and not even a full 24 hours later I have a working AC system again for $60 bucks. Turns out there was NOTHING WRONG with the condenser or the expansion valve and when they checked the system it had no freon gas in the system…..ZERO!!!! Scott’s filled the system checked for leaks and found NONE!!!! They were extremely honest about everything they did and everything they did not find since I explained what happened to the car at Lincoln. They have gained a customer, no doubt in my mind. The whole crew over there took great care of me and seemed very interested in what I was going through. Scott’s did recommend getting Wallace Lincoln to pay to have the dash taken off to find out what they did to the damper system since they feel there is something wrong with that but we know how that will go. Wallace Lincoln will not return any of my calls about this mess but yet they still continue to call begging me to trade my 2011 in for a brand new one, even sending me mailers begging me. They have definitely lost a customer and I will never step foot on their properties ever again. Scott’s will continue to get my service needs for years to come. Thank youScott’s!!!

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.
