Buying a new Subaru through Dyer was the best dealership experience we've ever had. Our Salesman, Rob Galpin, was great! We started looking at the 2019 models in August and ended up buying a 2020 model in November. Rob is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and he has the patience of a Saint! We never felt any pressure to buy a vehicle and there was no haggling over the price. Our Finance Rep, Chuck Marchetti, was also excellent. We highly recommend Dyer Subaru!

Heath Patterson is awesome and a huge mazda advocate (sales manager) , Julie (service manager), and Lenny (service advisor) have been nothing but fantastic to me. I actually DRIVE PAST TWO OTHER DEALERSHIPS (100 miles round trip) to get my car serviced and cared for at classic. Any warranty issues (only problems I've had are a faulty zipper on a seat back, and flaking coating on a trim piece) have been addressed promptly.
12/10, good job Classic Mazda as a dealer, and Mazda as a manufacturer. I love my car!

Just leased my third Mazda today from Ed Howard Mazda in Sarasota. Their team is the best I've dealt with in my life, and I've had Hondas, Toyotas, Infinitys, and more. The cars are pleasing to the eye (especially the new Mazda 3 Hatchback), but there's more that's pleasing that looks....and that's customer care and service. They get an A + in that department. I bought a 2 year old Lexus with under 7k miles from them. The salesman raved how it was beautiful & 'like new'. I was recently told by 2 dealerships & a wholesaler that it had structure damage which lowered it's value. They showed me where it had been repainted & provided photos of the damage. I was given documentation that states this damage was disclosed at auction when Grieco bought it. Grieco refuses to take responsibility for their deception that cost me $3,300. I was uncomfortable driving the car since I was told that this damage increased the risk of injury if I were to be involved in an accident.
