Easy Oil Chance - KHUTCH813
Routine oil change went great! Only recommendation to the dealership is to be able to schedule an oil change, for a working mom would be nice.
Obituary - Ckatlantis
Referred my cousin to Mike and as we waited for him to process paperwork, she turns to me and says, "If I die before you, I need you to include this moment in my obituary, I don't remember the last time I was this excited," 😂

Five star rating for your service department! - Pjcoop
I have been coming to Urness motors service Department for service and repairs on my Jeep for several years. They were always so courteous and knowledgeable and quick! I give them a 5-star rating for their courteous, efficiency, speedy services and knowledge!
Easy and Fun - sjbeatty
I’ve bought a few cars over the years from different dealers and Cottage Grove Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram will from now on be my first stop. I’ve always been a skeptic of car dealers and they went out of their way to prove to me their customers come first. My fiancé and I needed a loan for a vehicle and dental work, they took care of everything! We got a better interest rate on the auto than any other banks we had spoke with and a much lower rate for the cash financing! Jeremy the salesmen was caring, fun, and diligent. Dan the service manager was polite and to the point answering all my questions about the warranty. Michael in finance was funny and took the time to listen to my concerns when the first bank turned us down. I hadn’t experienced or have I often heard where a car dealership creates a win- win for everyone but they did and quickly too!! If you want a good deal, honesty, and a fun time buying a vehicle, these guys are for you!

Legacy Dodge 5 * Review - cargaldavis
I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

Dead batteries , new truck - brett
These guy's were great, bought the truck in tri cities. The first cold snap we hand took out the battery, 617 mile on the truck I thought here we go the truck probably sat on the lot and the battery got drained down several times and it will never be the same. It was a warranty issue and I thought I would get the run around like I did with my Ford. I couldn't have been more wrong, new battery no problem . Thanks Hermiston Chrysler dodge. Great job.
Buyer Beware! - Disappointed
If I could rate them lower I would. I have been trying since Thursday to get someone to help me in regards to a 2014 Honda they sold my daughter for over $14k and the transmission just went out. The car is just past the 60 day warranty, but still well within the 3000k, but I can’t get Dustin the Sales Manager or Shane the General Manager to discuss if they are even willing to stand behind this car. Dustin said it is past the 60 day portion, even though not even by a month, and the warranty is whichever comes first the 60 day or 3000k so they can’t fix it under their dealership warranty. I asked if they could do anything to help and they just keep saying, “it’s busy and they haven’t had time to look into it”. If we were buying they would be helping us, but asking them to back a car they sold us is something they don’t have time for. I guess the only customers that are important to them are the ones buying - then once they buy they wash their hands of them. I have been kind and polite - just asking them to consider standing behind their sale and no response. Do not buy from here. They really don’t care about their customers once they leave the lot. My daughter is 19 and just started college. She is just learning about adulthood. They have taught her a valuable lesson. Never trust a used car dealership! Rip off!
Nice...and helpful! - McElwain5
Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful...didn’t try to push us into something bigger and better than what we wanted... A+ guys! Seriously!
Fantastic! - Sumatra queen
This was a fantastic experience. No hassle no stress! I will recommend family and friends to buy from here. I'll be back soon for a second car too! 😊

Both Terry and Aaron were great to work with. They were knowledgeable and very willing to work with me while I made this purchase and traded in my old truck.
Worst service department ever - Tim C
I'm not one to give bad reviews, let alone a review at all but this is an exception because of the multiple terrible experiences with St Helens Auto Center. I've left this same review on Yelp and a few other places because I'm so disappointed in them and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. My experiences with this dealer started a few years ago when I purchased a used pickup from them and one of the promised items in the purchase was a set of seat covers for the front and rear seats. Well, after months of multiple calls, visits, etc. I finally got a set of front seat covers but no back ones. Many more months of calls went unanswered and I never did receive the promised items. Well, maybe I should have learned my lesson then but no, I like to buy local so I decided to buy my new vehicle there. I had a pleasant experience with the sales department this time but the good times ended there. Upon getting home with my new rig, I took the wife for a ride only to notice that the the passenger seat frame was broken. not to worry, I immediately took it back to the dealer and they took a look and said no problem lets get that fixed. So we scheduled an appointment for me to drop it off. I came in that next week only to find the service manager arguing with another customer. I sat there waiting for over an hour for him or someone to help me. But that never happened. So they were closing and I left. Called the next day and got an apology from the service manager and he said to bring it in again. I brought it back two days later and they looked at it again and said they would fix it but they didn't have the parts so they were going to order them and call me when they came in. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear from them so I called only to find out that their service manager was fired and they had a new service manager but he knew nothing about my seat frame. So I talked to the new service manager, he apologized and told me they would have my seat taken care of within a week. Well, the seat bracket came in but their one and only mechanic that can work on it had an emergency and was out for a week. OK, no worries, I'm a patient person. It's already been two months of trying to get it fixed, what's another week. Well, the mechanic got back on a Tuesday, I dropped the rig off on Wednesday, expecting it back Thursday. No call to say it was done, OK, maybe they needed another day. Friday afternoon, I still didn't hear anything so I called to check in and they hadn't even looked at it yet, they were really busy but they would get started. OK, about an hour later I got a call that about the part (that came in two weeks prior but no one looked at), was the wrong part and that they had to spend the rest of that Friday getting another one from a different dealer, fine, maybe I'll get it the following Monday. Nope, wasn't done Monday, wasn't done Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, Finally on Friday 9 days later, I called to check in again. They were working on it but it wasn't done. Got a call later that it was finally done, so I went in and picked it up. Took it home and after a week, my wife and I went for a drive to central Oregon but along the way, my wife wanted to move her seat forward, wouldn't budge. Well darn, nothing I could do about it on the road. So when we got home from our weekend away, I started looking into it and the stupid mechanic had the carpet all wound up in the bottom mechanism of the seat and it was jammed. So not wanting to deal with those idiots again, I took the seat out myself, fixed all of the carpet and snapped it back down into place. Yes, the carpet has plastic snaps to hold it in place. Now after almost 3 months, the seat finally works fine... BUT, that same week, I noticed that ALL of the bolts holding the fender on were all loose. They were obviously take out at one point because the paint was chipped on them. Now mind you, I bought a brand new vehicle from them, NEW, it had less than 50 miles on it from many test drives I assume. BUT these idiots couldn't even explain to me why the bolts were loose or even why they were removed in the first place. It was then and there that I decided to call the new service manager to tell him that I'm never taking my rig to his service department ever again. I only give it a one star rating because I cannot give it a ZERO. If a service department can't even put in a seat then I don't think I can trust them with anything else that might go wrong. Another dealer will be getting my business from now on.
Worst Experience Buying A Car - jelthack47
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. I bought my car May 9th and have yet to get my title so that I can get my plates. There have been issues with the financing department because I moved from Washington to Oregon 5 days after purchasing my car so the taxes are wrong. However, it seems like no one is even trying to resolve the issue. After calling several times, I finally talked with someone on the phone who told me the only way to fix it was to resign the paperwork and that I had to do it in person, not through fax. We set up a day for me to come in. He said he would have the paperwork ready when I got there so that it would be short and sweet. I drove all the way there to sit there for 4 hours because no one knew what I was talking about or how to resolve it, and the paperwork wasn’t ready.. I ended up signing new paperwork to change my address and they said they would file it Monday (I went on a Friday) and let me know. Two weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called several times and left several messages. I finally got through yesterday and the finance guy once again had no idea what I was talking about and had to be reminded. He took my phone number down (which is on the answering machine at least 5x) and said he would get it figured out and call me back. He never called me back. I called this morning and again, got his voicemail. Does anyone do their job here?
Purchase a new Cherokee - Keith
I purchased a new Cherokee from Lithia last week and could not be more pleased with the transaction. Meghan and Aaron worked out all the details by text, phone and emails.
Living at the north end of the state, Meghan was happy to meet me in Springfield to do the swap and sign paperwork. (in case you are wondering why I bought so far from the Portland area, they had the exact Cherokee I wanted and did better on the pricing)
Aaron did a great job with the financing and didnt hide anything in the paperwork. Everything that was promised was given.
Thank you Megan and Aaron for the great purchase experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS... - AlexKloewer
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - DodgeGuy
This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!
I highly recommend this Dealership!
