Every time there is a problem, customers are treated like an inconvenience instead of people who invested thousands of dollars trusting this brand.\n\nThere are never any loaner cars available, which forces me to constantly spend money on Uber rides while my car sits in the shop yet again. There is no urgency, empathy, or accountability from their team.\n\nTo make matters even worse, the emails I personally sent to the after-sales/service manager were never answered. Being completely ignored as a customer after spending so much money on a brand-new vehicle is beyond disrespectful and extremely disappointing.\n\nWhen I purchased a brand-new vehicle, I expected reliability, professionalism, and support. Unfortunately, yesterday I experienced yet another serious issue — the car would not start at all. This has become a constant source of stress, inconvenience, and financial loss for me.\n\nWhat makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer care. Every time I need service, there is never a loaner vehicle available. Customers are left without support and forced to spend their own money on Uber rides and transportation while the dealership keeps the car. That is unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to value its customers.\n\nThe customer service at this dealership is honestly one of the worst I have ever experienced. There is little communication, little empathy, and no real effort to help customers who are already dealing with unreliable vehicles.\n\nI regret buying this car and I would never recommend Hyundai — especially the Salem, NH location — to anyone.
