Throughout the process, he was very accommodating, kind, responsive, and patient. We completed most of the paperwork online and took a road trip to Palm Springs. As we arrived, Csaba Nagy and William Taylor greeted me and wished me a happy early birthday. They made me feel like family upon meeting them and were very helpful and kind throughout my visit.
