At date of pickup they completed a checklist of 6 items I had requested, not one problem. Shortly after I had experienced a problem with a brake harness. I scheduled appointment,  no problem. Job completed at no cost and explained in detail what was completed.\nFall of 2025 I had a problem with noise coming from my air shocks, would not go away. Chris Rodriguez the sales manager put me the customer first. The extended warranty  company wanted to refuse the request. He pushed as hard as he could and where I purchased the extended warranty he fought for me where they were did not want to. This was a expensive repair replacing all 4 air shocks. I was so impressed I wrote a review on line and emailed the President of Highline Group and his sales associates. Top noth caring service Manager Chris Rodriguez.\nSo here we are April of 2026, I experienced a new issue with sensor module. The extended warranty refused. In my mind should have been covered. Chris again stepped up and covered a portion of the total cost. He did not have to do this.  I am one who stays on top of taking care of my vehicle. Keep up with all maintenance schedules.  Because of this and an being positive customer Chris appreciates my business.   I made the right choice purchasing  this vehicle from them. Highline Group stands behind their products and their customers. There should be more dedicated service mangers in the industry like Chris Rodriguez.
