I was told that I would receive a call the following day about the very warm tires and everything else and I did not. I was told that they were going to fill the car with gas and it was less than a quarter tank full when the keys were given to me and worst of all I paid for the car fax and it states that the vehicle was in 1 accident. First off they have no people skills and a disorganized mess. I went in Monday around 5pm stating I was interested in a vehicle they had in their inventory. They tell me it’s at a storage facility and I can come in the next day with an appointment to view the vehicle. I come the next day at the time of my appointment and see them hosing the vehicle down and had to wait 10-15mins after my scheduled appointment to even see the car. Upon inspecting the car I noticed there was roaches crawling under the hood AND around the trunk and passenger door. Despite the possible roach infestation AND needing to replace all 4 tires, brake pads and rotors on the vehicle (none of which was disclosed - I brought a 3rd party mechanic) I say I would be interested in the car if they can come down on the price a bit and remediate the unwanted “friends” that come with the car. They tell me they have to “speak with upper management” about the price and will call me the following day. At Almost 4pm today I get a call stating that they decided to sell the vehicle at auction and have been considering doing that for a while. A complete waste of my time!\n\nAvoid this place at all costs! They know nothing about the cars they sell and try to wash off and hide big issues. Not once did they apologize!\n\nI am editing my review to rectify the owners response: I initially came in around 5:30pm to inquire about the vehicle. I then made the appointment for the following day and when called at noon to confirm my appt I asked if I could look at not 1 but 2 cars giving the dealership plenty of time to prepare both vehicles. My budget which I did not disclose to them was higher than both of the cars that I saw. I also never said I wanted it for $5,000 cheaper I said I would consider the vehicle if they could lower the price! This company is blatantly lying to cover themselves and their reputation. You are better going off to a reputable dealership who doesn\u0026#39;t have roaches and major safety concerns with their cars. What I didn\u0026#39;t share in my initial review is that this dealer thought it was safe to drive a car that after 5mins had a burning smell from brake caliper getting stuck on the pin and tried to get my licensed mechanic to side with them which they blatantly said was unsafe to drive in that condition.
