I had a nice conversation with someone over the phone, let them know I don’t live close and wouldn’t be able to leave my car unless I got a loaner. They assured me it was no problem, if the car had to stay over night they would figure out a loaner. I drove to Salem and I checked in at the service desk at 12:45 and told the technician who checked me in my situation again. I received the same response not to worry and when everyone got back from lunch around 1 my car would be looked at.\n\nAt 1:20 the same technician came out to the waiting room and told me my car wouldn’t be looked at at all that day. I told them I was in no rush I didn’t mind waiting I understand they are busy. It didn’t matter. They wouldn’t even look at it to tell me what was wrong.\n\nI understand these service centers can be very busy but I was obviously very annoyed. Multiple times I explained my situation and every time it was never an issue. I found it to be very unprofessional. I was not a “walk in” situation, I had an appointment, with a time.
