But I’m still without my truck.  For that kind of money, the truck should have no issues if I’m being honest. They all too agreed to cut $1,000 off the service cost for what my vehicle was originally brought in for.\n\nI would have left a fairly positive review except, I picked up my vehicle and found they had put 70 mi on it. The outgoing mileage on my service ticket does not match the mileage as I left the dealership.\n\nThen this week I was pleasantly surprised that on top of everything they charged me 17,600 points.  It wasn\u0026#39;t explained to me that they were going to use my points in any way shape or form or that they were being used as part of this service. We had agreed upon a price as a settlement for the damaging inconvenience and then somehow they snuck in taking out all the points for my account.\n\nThis is not the way you do business.\n\nOddly enough I got a call from a sales lady asking if I was interested in trading my car, that I\u0026#39;ve only had for about 16 months, in on something new.  Admittedly I checked out the 5.liter Mustang in the showroom, but after yet another terrible dealership experience, I no longer have any interest in anything that puts me at a local Ford dealership.
