The biggest thing was not being swarmed by the usual dealership “sharks” that come straight for you the second you pull onto the lot. Looked at the truck I was interested in for over 10 minutes before someone came outside to ask if I needed any help. Not to come out and hold my hand while I walked the dealership.Once inside he was sure to make it as smooth sailing as possible. Andrew in finance was also just as great to work with! Better customer service than many of my other experiences with other dealers. He was super up front about everything and didn’t beat around the bush or try selling me extra nonsense.
