I work at a dealership where I bought myself a 24 Hyundai Tucson. Something felt off with the brakes. It is still under warranty so I called a local hyundai, who told me I would have to wait three weeks. So I called springfield, and they got me in the following week. Turns out my master cylinder was starting to go bad. It was replaced under warranty zero issues. She is running great. Pete Patro was my service advisor.  He was helpful, professional and kept me informed. He got the part there the next day. I dropped my car off both times and he offered me an Uber to get to work and back to get my car. I was impressed with Pete and their service department. I got this car 2 months ago, I originally said no on the tire warranty they sell u but the manager came back in talked me into. No one told me I’d have to wait 60 days to use this at another dealership. No expectations were set. I got off at 1 pm Afyer being towed to a Hyundai dealership to be told I have to leave my car until Friday just for a tire. So I I have to wait another hr and a half to get towed to Springfield bc that’s where I bought the car and was assured that they can do and they even give me a loaner. So after paying $50 for a loaner and waiting  another hr and a half for the loaner that was sitting in back bc they had to verify my insurance which why I don’t know why that wasn’t done before hand if u know that I’m coming. Oh and what’s the deal of the car not coming with a spare???
