To make matters worse, when I went to leave, my battery was completely dead again, and my jump box no longer had enough power to start my car.\n\nI found Auto Barn Subaru of Countryside and called the service department. Ryan answered, and I\u0026#39;m sure I sounded completely frantic. After I explained my situation, he calmly told me that if I could get a jump start and make it to the dealership, he would take care of me.\n\nThankfully, a kind gentleman in the parking lot gave me a jump start, and I made it to the dealership without any problems. Ryan came outside to greet me, which immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and understanding. Knowing I had an 8-hour drive home ahead of me, he made sure I got a new battery and had the technicians perform an overall inspection of my Outback to ensure there weren\u0026#39;t any other issues that could leave me stranded on my trip home.\n\nWhat impressed me even more was how quickly everything was completed. Even though I didn\u0026#39;t have an appointment and they worked me into an already busy schedule, I was back on the road in just about an hour and fifteen minutes.\n\nRyan turned what had been an incredibly stressful day into a positive experience. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my safety meant more than I can express. I am so grateful for everything he did to help me.
