It started with talking to a salesman named Bob , who I was directed to when I called . I told him that I was trying to get into a specific vehicle with a price in mind plus a certain color . I had went to two different dealerships and they were out of the color I was looking for , with both dealerships trying to convince to just go with the color that they had with the price they had given me . Bob told me that he was going to address this to his manager , George Matarages . A few minutes later Bob said that his manager asked if I could come in the next day , not only could he help me , he could make what I was asking happen and also at a better price . The next day I went in , I was supposed to meet Bob at 1:00 P.M. , but the meeting that I had that morning that was cut short so , I arrived early at 10:30 A.M. Because I was early , I was told that I was going to meet up with salesman named Aaron Caceres ( he is on Bob\u0026#39;s team ) . From the minute he introduced himself you could tell he was a professional in his line of work . He knew why I was there , answered all of my questions , and was very informative ....so I just sat back and let him do his job , very great experience . I was then directed to the warranty department , and once again , no upselling , no pressure .....he was very very INFORMATIVE and explained things thoroughly . When I walked out of the warranty department , Aaron greeted me one more time , asked if he or anyone else could help me out with anything else .....to me , that\u0026#39;s a person who actually cares and wants to make sure you feel good about your purchase and experience . I then asked Aaron if I could talk to a manager ( Aaron had no idea why I wanted to talk to a manager ) . He then introduced to George Matarages , and as soon as I introduced myself to him he remembered that I was the guy who called the night before and had talked to Bob . I just wanted to let him know about my experience , the professionalism from the staff that helped me .....but most of all they all cared , that\u0026#39;s rare ..... and they did beat the price that I was given at the other dealerships . Afterwards you could tell the George was very proud of his team and the dealership , he to then asked if he could do anything else for me , and this wasn\u0026#39;t a sales pitch , he was genuine . Miller Toyota on Bell.\n\nHayden De Mers was our salesman, we told him exactly what we wanted, he then showed us a brand-new 2026 Toyota Corolla, had us test drive it, and to our very pleasant surprise he negotiated with us fairly and squarely. He did go back to consult with the sales managers, but came back out and \u0026quot;made the deal\u0026quot; to our satisfaction. That took about an hour, hour and a half, then he introduced us to Finance Manager Tony De Luca who \u0026quot;sealed the financial parts of the deal\u0026quot; with payments pretty much to our satisfaction too.\n\nI told Hayden that I had to return the rental car the next day and wouldn\u0026#39;t be able to take hold of the car that Thursday night. No Problem. He came down, and after the rental was returned picked me up and took me back to Larry H. Miller Toyota. He went over a few things with me, but I did find I needed a refresher on a couple of them including the use of the multi-media system. No sweat. He did that, and when I found there was a problem with a connection issue (and he was off) his fellow salesman Joshua Palacios clarified and fixed the problem.\n\nI have a new car that runs very smoothly thus far, drives well, good air conditioning, a google map gps system that is fairly reliable and a good radio to boot. Thus I am a very happy camper thus far thanks mainly to Hayden and Tony but Joshua too.\n\nThroughout it all Hayden, Tony and Joshua all treated me as a valued customer, not just another sale. I would strong recommended anyone looking for a new Corolla, Camry or Toyota truck to meet with Hayden and work with him and with Tony.\n\nLarry H. Miller Toyota Peoria didn\u0026#39;t have what I was looking for, but salesperson Rene said they were awaiting the delivery of a RAV4 I might like. After 10pm that very day Rene contacted me saying the car came in and he was certain I would want to see it. The next day I did so and yes, it was a RAV4 worthy of serious consideration.\n\nI took my daughter to see my top three RAV4 choices and she chose this one at Larry Miller Peoria. Rene worked a very satisfying deal for her (which included them replacing a rubber door seal and a couple small trim pieces). He said since the car had just arrived it must first be inspected by their service department before my daughter could take it home.\n\nThe next day service technicians found a fuel line in need of replacement (despite no OBD codes indicating an issue) and it would take at least a few days to get the part. Rene kindly reminded us of the dealership\u0026#39;s rigid policy that they will not sell a used car until it had been thoroughly inspected.\nThey loaned my daughter a car (free of charge) and Sales Manager George personally called her to apologize for the delay but there was nothing they could do about it (I agreed - it wasn\u0026#39;t the dealership\u0026#39;s fault).\n\nWhen the part came in Rene text me and then called my daughter telling her it would be ready in a couple days. George called me saying the same and reminded me the dealership is paying for the part and labor to install it.\n\nRene had said they would \u0026quot;detail\u0026quot; the car before she picked it up and honestly I thought that was just car salesperson talk for giving it a cursory washing. There was no ownership of the issue and no real effort to make it right. I ended up leaving and deciding not to return for service.\r\n\r\nIn contrast, I drove a few extra miles to Larry H. Miller in Glendale — and the experience was exactly what you’d expect from a professional service department. They properly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within a day, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even provided a free loaner vehicle.
