The whole team at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram seemed accustomed to dealing with remote buyers and doing everything they can to facilitate the process.\n\nWhen I received the truck, there was one surprise.  The hood had some significant damage that was documented by the transport before they even loaded it on their carrier.  After bringing this to their attention, Joey the sales manager at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was very apologetic.  It sounded like it was a genuine oversight.  Although multiple pictures were taken, no one thought to climb up and look at the hood.  Joey expressed that he understood and appreciated that a remote buyer is placing a whole lot of trust in the dealership to disclose any significant damages, and even though they told me there were no damages (and I believe they genuinely didn\u0026#39;t know there was - NOT that they knew and were trying to cover it up), it ended up that there was damage, unknown to them and discovered by me on arrival.  Joey apologized on behalf on the dealership for their oversight of this issue. He explained that this experience will be incorporated into their training so that everyone knows to be to be sure to check the tops of vehicles too, in order to avoid these kinds of surprises for future buyers.  It was handled very professionally, as you would hope.  And yes,  Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took care of the cost to repair the hood, as they should since the damage occurred (or was present) before I took possessions of the vehicle.  I received a check in the mail within a few days of my conversation with Joey.\n\nAs a business owner myself, I understand that we all miss things and mistakes are going to happen. The critically important question is how we handle it when we do. Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did the right thing.  They owned up to it, took care of the customer, and made it right.\n\nMaggie in titling also did a great job.  This was a cash purchase and so the title was sent, but FedEx lost the package. I didn\u0026#39;t even know that, but she was staying on top of it and contacted me to let me know it must have gotten lost.  She issued a new title, which I received in a day or two.  Then later received the original (which looked like it had been run over multiple times on the highway!) Good communication, staying on top of things, doesn\u0026#39;t just \u0026quot;set it and forget it\u0026quot;, is personal and organized.  Much appreciated!\n\nEve in finance also did a great job. Move quickly, was straightforward, corrected a few typos on docs I had to sign, got it all done in a timely manner, even on a weekend!
