I dropped it off last night so they could look at it and hopefully get everything taken care of today.\n\nAt 8:00 this morning, they called and told me they would be running diagnostic testing. At 1:15 PM, I received a video going over the results and was told that my vehicle needed an alignment and that someone would be calling me with a quote.\n\nThat call never came.\n\nI tried calling the service department numerous times and received absolutely no answer. Finally, I drove up there myself to find out what was going on, only to discover that THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAD CLOSED — WITH MY KEYS STILL INSIDE.\n\nNo phone call.\nNo quote.\nNo update.\nNo one answering the phone.\nAnd most importantly, no one bothered to tell me they were closing while they still had the keys to my vehicle.\n\nThankfully, the sales department was still open, and I was able to speak with managers from the sales department about what had happened. While I appreciate them taking the time to speak with me and hear my concerns, there was still nothing they could do about the fact that the service department was already closed and my keys were locked inside.\n\nI literally had to leave, go get my spare key, and come back just so I could retrieve my own vehicle and make sure I had transportation to get to work Monday morning.\n\nI honestly cannot believe this happened. When someone leaves their vehicle with a dealership—especially the dealership they purchased it from—they should be able to trust that there will at least be basic communication before the service department closes for the day.\n\nWhat makes this even more frustrating is that this entire situation could have been prevented with one simple phone call. If someone had called and said they weren’t going to be able to complete the work before closing, I could have made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and keys. Instead, I was left trying to figure out what was going on after they had already closed.\n\nThis was completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. We\u0026#39;re to start i purchased a 2015 honda civic SI....the customer service was absolutely absent and terrible, there was no customer service, the first week I took 2 days off of work because I was told my car was ready 3 different days so i go down there just to be told it wasnt everytime i walked in, then I get invited to a \u0026quot;VIP\u0026quot; day, so I took off work to go, I get there and sit in the lobby for probably 30 to 45 minutes while being ignored by the guy that was supposed to sell me the car and others, a lady asked if I needed help and I told her but then another hour goes buy of sitting up front and I was frustrated because a lady come up and asked what was going on so I told her, then I get told the car isn\u0026#39;t ready again, so I was taken to the managers office, I was told they was waiting on parts and because the customer service was so bad he wasnt going to charge me for the work they was doing to the car which was a lie because I did get charged, at that point I had no ride and was told the only way to be put in a courtesy car was to sign off on the paperwork, mind you I havent even got to test drive the car, but the manager assured me that they would not let the car leave with any problems, I was told it was in immaculate and prestine condition and the car was a rare car that was well taken car of so i believed him. I asked well what if something does happen since I havent go to test drive the car yet and he said we will cross that bridge if we get there so I trusted them, so I finally got the car on a Sunday, I paid for the 3200$ warranty, when I got it the car was barely rinsed, door jams filthy, still had a stinch inside from previous owner, I didnt get the interior or paint protection  and never got nitrogen in the tires. Within the first week I had to buy a tire because the tire they had on it was separating from the sidewall, I included pictures, then within 2 weeks the tpms light come on and still hasn\u0026#39;t went off, then a month after driving it the shock was busted (wasnt caused by me) so I went by sat there for 3 hours just to be told OK go get some quotes we will see what we can do, I was there for 3 hours they had time to check the tpms light but didnt care to,  i left work early the next day got 3 quotes and sent them in, I was told to stay by my phone for a call, 6 days went by and I never received a call, so I finally text them and the reply i got i was told they wasnt going to help me, if I had not reached out they would have never contacted me, so ive done put 1200 dollars in this car and have only owned it a month, my dad went down there looking for answers and long story short the owner told him to get the F*ck off his property. They never answered his questions,  My neighbor referred me there so he was supposed to get a referral bonus, its been 2 months and he never got it, they continued to lie about it.  On top of everything my finance manager messed my paperwork up multiple times which led to him getting fired, which also affected my credit bit there\u0026#39;s nothing I can do about it, I had to go there 3 different times within a week to sign random papers. Then after 2 weeks of driving the car I get a call saying they was finalizing everything after it should have been finalized before i drove off in the car, This company has zero customer service, they do not care about thier customers, not me anyways and I will never ever buy from here nor will any of my family or friends. Save yourself the headache unless you want to be treated like me, lied to and left on read with no replies, I have proof to back everything up. All I wanted was for them to help cover the install and they wouldn\u0026#39;t even do that.
