One was purchased in CT and one in FL.  What stands out is that I have purchased five BMWs overall, however yesterday was my first from BMW of Darien.  I learned they are family owned, and therefore no \u0026quot;private equity\u0026quot; behind them.  What that means is good, old fashion high level \u0026quot;fair\u0026quot; service, and many long tenured employees.  They are not squeezing out every nickel and care about customer satisfaction.\n\nSamantha was my sales person and she could not have been sweeter.  She listened to what I wanted, and what number I was willing to pay.  She was smart enough to immediately involve the sales manager Ryann ( because I am a bit aggressive and very knowledgeable) and we promptly struck a deal with a nice discount off MSRP and significant rebates for a fully loaded i5 M series.  There was no nonsense, which I greatly appreciated!\n\nAdditionally, Ryann immediately looked at my trade in himself, and quickly made me an extremely reasonable offer. This was after the sale was done, so no \u0026quot;robbing Peter to pay Paul\u0026quot;.\n\nThen when I came to pick it up, they honored my appointment time with the finance person, Anderson, who was Aces.  I found out Anderson has been there 14 years, a rare occurrence these days. He commutes an hour each way and is still there as he is treated well by a family owned business. He was as amazingly efficient, having all the paper work ready and only offered me what I wanted ( knowing I wasn\u0026#39;t taking any high priced add on warranties, etc.) and I was out of there in a snap.\n\nWhen purchasing a BMW, I would highly recommend visiting BMW of Darien for a pleasant and fair experience. Ardit in finance was equally incredible — transparent, responsive, and truly went above and beyond for us.\nWe purchased a BMW X5 M Competition, and they made sure every detail was completely squared away before delivery. Even after we picked up the vehicle, their customer service continued to impress us. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, we were run off the road by a garbage truck which blew out the front passenger tire and damaged the sidewall on the rear passenger tire. We were initially told elsewhere that only one tire would be covered under warranty, but Ardit stepped in immediately and worked hard to make sure BOTH tires were properly covered through BMW warranty protection. The entire process ended up being smooth, stress-free, and handled with total professionalism.\nThat level of service after the sale says everything about a dealership.
