I just moved to the state and looking for a place to have my car serviced. After stopping at the dealership 8 mins from my house I knew right away I need a new service center. I now drive 25 mins in the opposite direction to have my car serviced. First let me tell you about the parts department, I need to have my oil topped off so was coming in just to buy some to put in when I got home. The guy said, why don’t you sit a min and let us take care of it. NO CHARGE… just the oil.\n\nThe next time I came in and need a bit of antifreeze, they said okay we’ll take a look and tell you whats going on. When the guy came back to me, he gave me the keys and said your all set. I said oh sir I didn’t pay yet, he said “oh we took care of it have a nice day”. I’m not saying this place is great because of that I’m saying they’re great because they just all seem happy to be there and go the extra step.\n\nLastly a few days ago I was out driving and it seems that my shocks was losing air. I called up asked what they think was going on. Steve (one of the service coordinators) listened, said it sounds very familiar with this model car and gave me a date to come in. At no time has anyone made me feel like a was taking up their time and always going a step further to accommodate me and my need like I’m the only person on the phone or at the dealership.\n\nI think the most important part of buying a vehicle is what’s the service like, and on a 7 series it can be tricky, and I have said I probably will never get another one …. But after coming to this dealership, no question I feel comfortable buying another one. I rarely leave any type of reviews but when the people are exceptional… you make an exception.\n\nIn short, go out of your way if necessary, the service is worth it, I for sure feel they will do the extra because they already have.
