I had already spent money at a local place getting half of an alignment, so I was really stoked to save some money here. The service team made me feel special,  and I could tell they appreciated seeing an older Z4 in great condition.\n\nBecause the Z4 rear alignment requires a specific specialty tool, I had no option but to visit a BMW dealer. I called 5+ places seeing if they had the tool to no success. Usually, I’m weary of going to the dealer due the stigma of being quoted for unnecessary/very expensive work. However, they successfully did my alignment with no issues, and to my surprise, the multi-point inspection that came with the service was thorough and completely honest! They let me know the car is in remarkably clean shape overall, though my rear brakes are getting close to needing replacement (which I was already aware of). What I appreciated most was that there was zero pressure to upsell me on unnecessary work. They told it to me straight! They didn’t make up unnecessary quotes and try to take advantage of me (A+ service, and honestly refreshing). This seems like a BMW dealer that genuinely respects the BMW name and brand.\n\nThe dealership itself is top-tier. It\u0026#39;s super clean, beautifully styled inside, and well-equipped with all the amenities.
