Throughout the whole thing, Ruben was very helpful in trying to fit a call with his manager into my schedule. When it came to the actual buying process, it was super smooth and easy. They had paperwork prepped ahead of time, the car was beautifully cleaned, and everyone was on top of their game to get everything processed. I really appreciated the quick work they all did, because I had to travel about 3 hours round trip for this car. I also want to note, they are really good about not pushing things on you. Shop tells me I need a new engine.
