I sent inquiry through Auto Trader and  received a message from a Sales consultant at Bozard Lincoln, Jack Michie, he told me those vehicles were already gone and another was pending and ended up being sold. I told Jacky criteria for the vehicle and must have features. So Jack was looking for me and I continued to search Auto Trader. They had a vehicle I liked on Auto Trader being sold at Bozard so I checked the price a found it to be fair. I asked Jack if they still had the vehicle, they did they just got it in and haven\u0026#39;t finished certification and services to the car. I arrange to go to see it and do a test drive. It was just what I wanted. So I said I wanted to buy it. Jack was delighted, at Bozard they don\u0026#39;t haggle they strive to offer fair prices. I want to pay cash, no problem, Jack didn\u0026#39;t push me to get a loan and make the payment whatever I wanted. Dealerships o tried to work with in the past, treated me bad when I wanted to pay cash, they just kept pushing financing. Not Bozard they were happy to get cash, Jack arranged everything, the car finished the certification process and was detailed beautifully inside and out. Jack\u0026#39;s son Jack Michie Jr. works at Bozard and setup and explained all the tech features on the vehicle connected our phones to the vehicle. Jack and Jack Jr. are available if I should need anything concerning the car or the technical features. I would definitely recommend Bozard if your in the market for a car new or used. They have a huge selection of cars to choose from and Tim was very helpful in narrowing down my selection to the one that best fit our needs, and he was very personable while we waited on my trade-in appraisal.  Zach gave me an above and beyond type experience with the campus tour showing me the auto shop, the Ford restaurant, and even bought me a drink.   They came back with a very fair trade-in offer and we quickly settled on a price, finished up my paperwork, and helped me get everything set up electronically in my new car.  There were even two staff members opening the door for everyone as they came and left which was a nice touch.  And the icing on the top was when I was leaving onto the main road with my new car, Zach was behind me and honked and waved as he went by.
