But I will try anyway:  It was early on a Saturday morning so I had to leave a message for parts to ensure they had the special “purple unicorn” tire that the EVs need.  Parts called me right back and confirmed the tire was available and was ready to go the moment the tow truck rolled my car off.  They had the car up on the rack before I could sit down in the waiting area.  They had me in and out in a remarkably short time considering the repairs and parts.
