Predatory foot-in-the-door practices that just waste time.\n\nThis place is the most respectful dealership I\u0026#39;ve been to around here. I had AI prepare me some points in order to justify the infotainment update, but when my car was done, they told me it was covered under warranty with a smile and I just went off on my way. It wasn\u0026#39;t pushy to leave, it didn\u0026#39;t seem like I was a waste of time. I was absolutely floored. This place is so nice compared to the Cherry Hill location.\n\nThey did the 25 point inspection and a car wash for free for me, and the results were texted and emailed to me. CH still does printouts, so I was taken back by the modernization.\n\nI left with a warrantied update to my infotainment, a free check up and wash, and left without a bill. Insane.\n\nThey seem to have 3 rooms for waiting, I stayed by the pull in garage and didn\u0026#39;t really venture out, but there\u0026#39;s a child playroom, a waiting room where the bathroom seems to be, individual bagged snacks and a coffee machine in the showroom, and a fridge with bottled water. Also free wifi; passwords on a picture frame in the waiting room.\n\nI told a friend about my experience, and he said he\u0026#39;d probably switch over just for the snacks alone haha.\n\nI\u0026#39;d given up on taking my car to the dealership for service, even for warrantied items but I think I might start coming here more often.
