James, and Nick have always been our client advisors, and one couldn’t ask for nicer, friendlier people to work with. We always ask to work with them on new car orders. We just took delivery of a high end BMW in June, and have another on order, to arrive (hopefully) early October. Service has always been great. I miss Rebecca, but Jessica and Cassidy have been great to work with since Rebecca left. Overall, if you want a normal, not creepy car salesman-like experience, I recommend BMW of Cape Cod. They treat you normally, work to help you select the right vehicle for your needs, and arrive at a mutually beneficial deal. They even have a BMW Genius (Nikki) if you need technical advice, or help with anything. Having owned BMWs for over 30yrs, I’m pretty proficient, but Nikki was fun to talk with, as we set my husband’s car up in June. I think, in the end, what I’m trying to get across is that BMW of Cape Cod becomes more like friends and family in the BMW World, and not your stereotypical dealership, where it’s uncomfortable, and unpleasant. I don’t know all the people at the dealership, but I can’t recommend James, Nick, Jessica, Cassidy, and Nikki any more highly.
