Based on my experience, I have a very hard time believing that. I have only driven this vehicle 5,000–6,000 miles, and it has already been in the shop THREE times. Now, it needs a new transmission. At this point, I have to seriously question what kind of inspection was actually done before this vehicle was sold to me.\r\n\r\nAnd the problems don\u0026#39;t stop with the vehicle. Their warranty and the way they handle warranty claims have been an absolute nightmare. Both times I have needed warranty work involving replacement parts, it has taken 3–4 weeks just to get approval. They don\u0026#39;t have an in-state adjuster, and no one even comes out to inspect the vehicle. Meanwhile, I\u0026#39;m left without my car for weeks, waiting and getting very little communication.\r\n\r\nThe lack of communication has been one of the most frustrating parts of this entire experience. I shouldn\u0026#39;t have to repeatedly call and chase people down just to find out what is happening with a vehicle I purchased from them. When you\u0026#39;re already dealing with a major mechanical problem, the last thing you should have to do is fight for basic answers and updates.\r\n\r\nAnd here\u0026#39;s the part that really got me: when I brought my concerns to them about the vehicle they sold me, instead of actually addressing the problem and taking responsibility, they tried to sell me another vehicle! Seriously? I trusted you enough to buy a vehicle the first time, and after this experience, you expect me to buy another one from you? Absolutely not.\r\n\r\nOh, and they never even mailed me my second set of keys.\r\n\r\nA vehicle that has only been driven 5,000–6,000 miles by me should NOT have already required three trips to the shop and now need a transmission. I\u0026#39;m extremely disappointed, frustrated, and feel completely let down by this dealership.\r\n\r\nDo your research before buying from them. Ask questions. Get everything in writing.
