I felt like it just wasn’t doing what it normally should be, Especially navigating around S curves. Sounded crazy and was scared they could not replicate it. Also hoping they could fix some recalls.. I waited in the lobby, which was clean and comfortable and in just an hour or so they came in to tell me … I was \u0026#127808; lucky I made it to the shop In one piece, not running off the road and crashing. My left control arm was about a half a turn away from coming off, which was why I couldn’t steer. They fixed the differential as well replace the whole control arm and a bunch of stuff in the steering. They also replivated/confirmed that my shifter had been intermittently not going into Park or from Park to reverse and I was getting stuck in Bank line, fast food, restaurants, car washes, etc. or if I backed up in a parking lot the car didn’t go into gear and almost got hit a dozen times. It was not easily duplicated, but they were able to replicate this and replace the shifter and it’s modules so I could actually drive safely. There were a couple more things that were my concerns as I had traveled cross country and another Ford dealership fell to diagnose any of these things telling me it was in my head.(I’m a girl right) \u0026#129327;\nTeam Lithia with the AMAZING Service Advisors and Mechanics jumped on my truck, were able to troubleshoot and find a couple things that were safety items. Most covered under Ford Warranty. They happily submitted and ensured items that were covered that I did not pay out of pocket, just my small deductible.
