I never got a call but, I called them for a question before service. When I called,  there was some confusion about if I had an appointment. I received 2 confirmation emails, so I definitely had it scheduled. The gentleman I spoke to was able to verify parts were available and confirmed I will be all set. He estimated 3-4 hours for the repair which I was fine with. I arrived ready to spend the day in the waiting room. Lol.\nWhen I walked in, I went through the same questions as on the phone. \u0026quot;Are you sure we have parts?\u0026quot; \u0026quot;What work is being done?\u0026quot; Etc.\nIf making the appointment and providing all the needed information online doesn\u0026#39;t communicate to the office systems,  there is something seriously flawed. This could have been a totally different review if that would have been the outcome. BUT, that was not the outcome.  Parts were in, and they had it done in about an hour so I didn\u0026#39;t even need the power bank for my phone. LOL\n\nEveryone was friendly, waiting area is clean and welcoming. Would definitely take my vehicle there again, but hopefully they make the systems talk to eachother before it sets someone up for a horrible client experience. He was the only salesperson who truly treated me with respect, followed through on what he said he would do, and made sure I had the information I needed.\r\n\r\nI honestly got the impression that because it was a cheaper vehicle, some of the other sales staff were not very motivated to help with it. Reggie was the complete opposite. He went above and beyond during the entire process. When we came in to look at the car, he gave us as much time as we wanted to inspect it, talk things over, and really think about the purchase before making a decision. That is honestly unheard of in most dealership sales departments.\r\n\r\nThis was also my third vehicle purchase from Suburban, and the dealerships are always extremely clean, well maintained, and full of great amenities. They are very high quality, very professional, and very nice inside. This location was no exception. My mom and I loved the automatic espresso coffee maker.
