Danny worked incredibly hard to find a vehicle that would work for our family, and Darren fought hard to make sure it could be financed within the parameters we had.\n\nThe service technician I spoke with today was also incredibly transparent and knowledgeable, which of course gives a huge sense of peace of mind.\n\nA lot of people like to say Kia isn’t a top notch vehicle or dealership. Personally, we believe no vehicle is ‘top notch’ if it isn’t properly taken care of, and that starts right from the dealership to the hands of the new owner. We were extremely reluctant to buy another vehicle from a dealership, let alone a used one, but so far they’ve made this process incredibly easy and straightforward, with zero red tape. They’ve also been incredibly transparent and organized with every record needed for this vehicle.\n\nIf you want a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, at this point I would absolutely say Straightline Kia. You may not personally want to drive a Kia, and that’s completely fine, but I would still recommend going through this dealership specifically because of their customer service and letting them source another vehicle for you if that’s what you want or need before going elsewhere.\n\nFrom the very beginning, Danny explained to us that they are a family owned dealership that prides itself on integrity and doing the best they can for their customers, and honestly, so far that has not been a lie.\n\nI also want to add that I have absolutely not been an easy customer. (I’m a paralegal and that alone is tricky to deal with). I requested a lot of records, documentation, and information, and I definitely made it harder on them to sell us this vehicle. To be honest, if I were in Danny and Darren’s shoes, I probably would have rolled my eyes and cancelled the deal altogether. Instead, their patience, diligence, calmness, and understanding throughout all of my requests showed just how far they’re willing to go to make sure their customers feel satisfied, informed, comfortable, and confident in the purchase they’re making, not pressured or scared.\n\nThere was even a point where I paused the buying process until they were able to get me exactly what I wanted regarding the vehicle we’re purchasing, which they did promptly. Most dealerships would have made it into an issue, become pushy, or tried to force the deal through regardless. Instead, they understood exactly what I was asking for. There was no pressure from them at all. They took that time to do exactly what I requested in order to keep me happy and confident in the sale.\n\nThis process has been going on for about a week now, without any pressure to have everything finalized the same day, and honestly, it’s been refreshing. Most vehicle sales feel rushed, where dealerships just want you in and out as quickly as possible. That has not been our experience with Straightline Kia.
