I was a little disappointed but I had the opportunity to check out the dealership. More importantly I had the chance to spend some time with Steven Rodgers, her sales person. Steve is incredible; he is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. A few weeks later I saw a used Mazda CX-5 on the website at Galpin. I texted Steve and heard back from him immediately. I really wasn’t quite prepared to buy a car that day since I hadn’t even had my car washed so that it would look good to trade it in. My husband and I were at Galpin within the hour and Steve was there to meet us. We tested the car I was interested in and then drove all the way to the Honda store to test drive another car I thought I may be interested in. Steve usually works with jaguar and other high end cars but he showed interest in my needs and helped me decide what suited me best. We drove back to Mazda and there were other parties interested in the Mazda I had just test driven. Steve inquired about my level of interest and did everything as fast as possible to ensure that I got the car. He was amazing and I was really lucky since the car I ended up buying had even less miles on it than my friend’s car that she had turned in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
