So the car starts running the cooling fans all the time, even starting the fans in the middle of the night and killing the battery. I said that is fine they can disconnect the battery in their lot and get it as easy as I can. Was my day off so I thought I\u0026#39;d just leave it with them, as it wasn\u0026#39;t drivable. I drop it and the next day I call in the evening and talk to someone in service that has no idea what\u0026#39;s going on with it.\nThey say they had never seen one with this type of problem before and they would need to run a full diagnostic on it at my expense.\nI said it\u0026#39;s under warranty and they say this isn\u0026#39;t a covered problem, they know this before diagnosis but have never see it before.\nI call an hour before they close on the day it was supposed to be worked on, I speak to a service member that has no idea what\u0026#39;s going on again. They guy tells me he will go ask the tech and get back to me. Hangs up and never calls back.\nI call the next day, the day after it was supposed to be worked on. I get the same clueless guy, says he will go get info and hangs up. I get a call that evening saying there was no diagnostic info found,it\u0026#39;s not under warranty, and I\u0026#39;ll have to pay 250$ for the diagnosis. In the end, they \u0026quot;vented the cap\u0026quot; and that\u0026#39;s all it was. I ask if venting the cap is parts of the maintenance schedule? Nope, and nothing was malfunctioning? Nope,so how is this not covered? Well nothing was broken so you owe us for the time. I also have a broken door handle and they said it isn\u0026#39;t covered either. Right after they said they hadn\u0026#39;t looked at it. I will never do business with them,nor will I have any good to say about them.
