She was not pushy at all and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.  She explained all the numbers and everything made sense. She was extremely helpful on every step of the process.   At times it felt like talking to a friend.  I will be sure to stop and say hello when I go in for my oil changes.  I should also mention that the finance department was great to deal with too. Again not at all pushy and explained everything!
