The service department, our service rep was Aaron, very helpful, honest and loyal to BMW. \r\nThe only options was to ask for help due to the never ending safety issues with the car we needed to get out of it. James, Brian and Craig were the best to work with. With James being the sales manager and finance manager,  while the fiance manger involved in an accident. After the horrible experience with working with buying from Tigard BMW, James stepped up to remedy the car that Tigard should not have sold as road safe. We bought a new X5.\r\nThey understood what we had been through with dealing with Mr. Higgins at Tigard and how he had tarnished the reputation of BMW. \r\nSalem did not have to help us out but they believe in the company they represent and work for.
