Called service for an oil change. Had the pleasure of having Angelina help me. I explained exactly what was going on with the car and that I needed an oil change. Appointment available following day. All said and done it was an exhaust manifold crack . By time oil change completed Angelina already had all the information I was in need of for the fix. It’s a known issue with Subaru. But it’s wasn’t a recall, Subaru just issued a customer awareness advisory. So my son emailed Subaru of America and lo and behold they offered to pay half of the repair. Angelina got everything set up and before I know it the car was being serviced. Working with Subaru of America for payment. I could not ask for a better experience and customer service provided by Angelina Pino. She was phenomenal very professional and full of knowledge.
