It took me 5 minutes, max.\n\nI dropped off my car a bit before 8 on my way to work. Both lanes of the service check-in drive were packed, I chose the shorter of the two lines and pulled into it. The lines flew, I maybe waited 1 minute max before I was in the building and was greeted car side by an employee who didn’t know me but still treated me like a VIP.\n\nMy advisor was training a new person and my check in process still only took all of 5 minutes.\n\nThey called me when my truck was done, it was in perfect condition, paperwork was ready when I got there, they went through the full inspection breakdown, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They also did a great job detailing the car. There were some stains that they completely removed and it looked almost brand new on the inside. The most recent CarFAX showed all the stuff they did and it was thorough. They also gave me new tires along with the snow tires that were initially on the car. The price for the car was in-line with Kelley Blue Book as well.
