The online and internet sales connected us with a salesman quickly. After some conversation with the gentleman, I explained when I would be in town and we agreed on a time to meet to view a vehicle my son liked. Asked if there were any issues with vehicle. The salesman made a point to check and informed me of an issue with the vehicle and said it would be fixed. Made the trip and we arrived in the time period I said I would. When we got there the vehicle was at another dealership getting repaired. Was told hey, I know you have other vehicles to look at and your time would be better served going to look at those. I said OK, and waited for a call or update and nothing after an hour. In total 3.5 hours later was told vehicle was ready to test drive. Got there and was handed off to a new salesman, Mike Osborne. Mike was informative and really went the extra mile to make sure process was smooth. He even detailed the car after having running it through the wash rack. I couldn\u0026#39;t be there when my son picked up the car, but Mike made it easy and made sure we got everything we needed during the transfer to my son. Really appreciate him. They do make you pay for a treatment called permaplate or something like that which is 699.00. They reduced the cost of car so I can\u0026#39;t complain, but wish I had option to deny feature. If you don\u0026#39;t have in-house financing you may not leave with vehicle that day, as my bank and holiday hours delayed purchase by 6 days. If my vehicle had cost more and utilized in house banking I think I could have left with it that day( was told before this could be the case). Besides not getting a heads up and having to wait for vehicle to be brought from another dealership and being passed from one salesman to another, not a bad experience. They make you comfortable with various amenities. Was congratulated by staff after purchase. Son feels he got a good deal- All in all not too bad of a time. Pretty sure one gentleman was a manager who helped find the salesman I was working with. I drove six hours and even though salesman was busy, we understood. Car had an issue the day before we arrived and was getting repaired but we were never given a heads up. Encouraged to go look at other cars at other dealers, as I told the salesman I had other vehicles to look at the prior day. He was going to go check on the car. Called back after going to view other cars but still no update 45 minutes later. Once we heard something back we went to our hotel and heard something around 430, being nearly three hours later. Told to come over and did so in 15 minutes. Car was as in photos, but not cleaned or anything. Original salesman kinda passed us off to another salesman names Mike Osborne. He was ready to answer any questions and washed the car after I asked if dealership could do so. The following portion isn\u0026#39;t a dealership issue but, if I used in-house financing it wouldn\u0026#39;t have been the case. Even though loan was approved by Usaa. I couldn\u0026#39;t receive car until 7 days later including a holiday and weekend time frame. Original salesman did state that was a possibility to be fair. I got a fair price on car, but the non negotiable permaplate feature fee was kinda off putting. $699.00 for a program that didn\u0026#39;t cover tire or glass repair is kinda difficult to stomach for a college kid on a limited budget. Any issues that were left off final offers were adjusted and honored. Waiting area is clean and fully stocked for customers, which was nice. Employees congratulated my son as they noticed he was getting the vehicle. Original salesman did reach out with updates  concerning receiving funding and honoring request for detailing vehicle. I didn\u0026#39;t  like feeling like I was passed along and car wasn\u0026#39;t ready when I got there after driving 6 hours, but Mike Osborne is  a good saleman and I would do business with him Subaru of Spokane again.
